Bought german made celery salad, great stuff. How do they make that cut that makes spegetti shaped??
would like to make celery salad cut like that, do I need a spwcial trool what is and where to find one.
Celery is scraped and cooked in salted water till tender. Chop the celery and let it soak in marinade for many hours. This is how it gets the shape.
Here is the recipe for Celery Salad:
Scrape celery and cook in salted water until tender. Chop up. Prepare marinade from the other ingredients, mix well with celery and let stand for several hours. Instead of olive oil, one or two strips of bacon, chopped and lightly browned, with the bacon fat may be used. This should be added to the salad at the last minute
